Grantee Reporting

Carl Moyer and FARMER funding agreements require that grantees annually report their hours of operation for funded equipment and note any changes in ownership, location, or contact information.  The duration of reporting varies between 3-10 years depending on each project's cost effectiveness and is noted in the funding agreement. 

To begin reporting, you will need your project number as noted on your funding agreement.  Begin by entering your project number and then the form will auto-populate with your project information.  Please check the project information; if it is blank or outdated, please update the information.  After you e-sign to certify the report a PDF signed copy of the report will be sent to your email for your records.   Then select"Finish" to submit your data to the air district and a confirmation page will let you know the process is complete.
