The NoSoCo Air Board of Directors meets 5-6 times per year at 10:00 AM in the board room at its headquarters located at 625 Center St., Healdsburg, CA. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Brown Act.

Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved.
